PH Radio's music playback hardware has been developed in-house
by our technical and production team. It's a compact unit that hosts a unique piece of software with a range of features, enabling a totally flexible music playback platform.

Your own playlist will be scheduled to play the most appropriate style of music, according to your specific customer demographic and trading patterns. To keep it fresh and current, we’ll update your playlist on a bi-monthly, monthly or quarterly basis, or to a schedule which is right for your business.

We update your playlist remotely using a secure encrypted connection, meaning each refresh is
done with the minimum amount of fuss, inconvenience and at a time that suits you.

We use the latest technology to ensure you receive a quality service that is unrivalled and
second-to-none. Our intelligent Music Manager hardware allows different music to be played in
different areas of your business at the same time – this is all called 'zoning'.

For example, as a retailer you can play different types of music in different departments that best match your customer profiles at different times of the day. In a car dealership you can play different kinds of music with different messages to customers in the showroom and servicing areas.
